Shipping & Return Policy

Local Shipping (Cyprus)

All orders shipped to Cyprus are charged with €3 courier delivery. Order will be delivered to the shipping address. For orders above  €50 free delivery will be applied.  Please note that all of our jewels are hand-made, hence allow 10 to 15 business days of crafting and order preparation.

International Shipping

For international orders, our customers can choose between one of the following options:

  • €25 express courier delivery – Estimated delivery time for Europe takes 3 – 5 business days from dispatch day and for all other countries that we currently ship 3 – 12 business days
  • Free Registered mail delivery – Estimated delivery time for Europe takes 5 – 21 business days and for all other countries that we currently ship 5 – 25 business days

Order will be delivered to the shipping address.  For orders above €250 free express courier delivery will be applied. Please note that all of our jewels are hand-made, hence allow 10 to 15 days of crafting and order preparation. Importation Duties and any Taxes, if applied,  should be paid by the buyer.

Online Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted within 15 days of receipt. Product(s) must be in the original condition in which you received them, have not been used, worn, soiled or in any other situation beyond their original. Please note that pierced earrings including earring pedants are non-returnable for reasons of hygene and safety. Special order such as items with engraving or special requests returns will not be accepted. 

Returns will be refunded. An email to our Customer Service Team is required prior to your return.  We will refund the price you purchased your item(s) excluding shipping costs and duties or any other costs that could have been paid by the client. Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in store. Items received outside our Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded. We do not accept returns using Cash on Delivery (COD).

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, email our Customer Service Team at info@thaliakalafatis.com stating your order number, reason of your return and item(s) you wish to return. The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our workshop, so make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Repack the item(s) in their original packaging and send the package by a carrier of your choice at: Thalia Kalafatis workshop, 21 Mnasiadou Street, Nicosia 1065, Cyprus. We recommend shipping through registered mail or courier to avoid any loss, theft, or damage of the item. 

How will I be refunded?

Upon receipt and acceptance of the item by our Customer Service Τeam, your return request will be processed. When this stage is complete, your refund will be processed depending on the payment method you had chosen for your order. Thus, the amount will be refunded by cancelling your credit / debit card charge, via PayPal refund, within 7 working days.

Which amount will I be refunded?

We will refund you the full amount of the product(s), at the price which has been purchased excluding shipping costs and duties or any other costs that could have been paid by the client.

Cancellation

Cancellation will be accepted within 1 hour from your order. An email to info@thaliakalafatis.com should be send and our team will review and cancel your order. The following wording should be used in the email “I would like to cancel my order #0000. Name Surname and Tel Number”. After the cancellation of your order has been accepted an email will be sent to you with cancellation notice. Refund will be issued by Thalia Kalafatis with in 7 working days. You can see the refund in your bank account or credit card in maximum 7 business days after the refund is issued by Thalia Kalafatis
